This Payments & Refunds Policy explains how FaceSwaply (“we,” “our,” or “us”) manages subscriptions, credit packs, credit usage, billing, cancellations, and refunds for the services offered on https://faceswaply.com.
By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you agree to this Policy.
1. General Payment Terms
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other available processors.
- Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency, usually USD unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes, duties, exchange fees, or transaction fees may apply based on your location and payment method.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.
- We may update pricing, plan features, credit costs, or payment methods. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are designed for users who regularly create AI photo edits such as face swaps, AI headshots, hairstyle previews, hair color changes, and other supported workflows.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
- Included credits: Each plan includes a credit allowance. Credits are used when you run supported generation or editing tools.
- Credit usage: Credit cost varies by tool and may depend on model, settings, output type, and processing complexity.
- Cancellation: You can cancel through your account or billing portal. Access generally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Upgrades and downgrades: Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades generally apply at the next billing cycle unless otherwise shown during checkout.
- Subscription refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, in cases of duplicate charges, or where a verified technical issue prevents reasonable use of the paid service.
3. Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time top-ups for users who need extra generations without changing subscription plans.
- Purchase: Purchased credits are added to your account after successful payment.
- Bonus credits: Some packs may include bonus credits. Bonus credits have no cash value.
- Use: Credits can only be used within FaceSwaply. They are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or available for resale.
- Validity: Purchased credits and bonus credits are valid according to the expiration period shown in the product, checkout, or account interface.
- Consumption: Credits are deducted when a generation or supported action is submitted. Failed tasks may be handled according to the service’s refund or retry logic.
4. Credit Pack Refunds
Refund requests for credit top-ups must be submitted within the refund window shown in the product or account interface.
- Only unused purchased credits are eligible for refund review.
- Used credits are not refundable.
- Bonus credits linked to a refunded purchase will be removed.
- Refund amounts are calculated from the paid portion of unused purchased credits, not from bonus or promotional credits.
- We may decline refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, outside the refund window, or inconsistent with this Policy.
5. Refund Process
Submit refund requests through the available refund feature in your account. If that is unavailable, contact us at support@faceswaply.com with your account email, order details, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and usually takes several business days after approval.
6. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional codes, discounts, trial offers, free credits, and bonus credits may be limited by time, account, region, plan, or usage. We may modify or end promotions at any time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
Promotional credits and free credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payments & Refunds Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
